Starting point

Twenty-four editorial teams maintained similar content in separate structures. Approvals, terminology, and quality standards differed, while central changes had to be implemented repeatedly.

From consensus to content model

Editorial workshops translated shared tasks into a small number of dependable content types. Roles, approvals, and reusable patterns give teams confidence without limiting their subject-matter autonomy.

Result

Central improvements reach every area, translations follow the same structures, and new teams start with proven defaults. Regular reviews connect usage data and feedback with transparent continuous improvement.
